At ITIHAS, we strive to deliver your orders safely and efficiently through our trusted courier partners across India.

Free Shipping

  • We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders above ₹3,999.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout

Order Processing & Dispatch

Ready-to-Ship Products

  • All items listed under our Ready to Ship section are dispatched within 48 hours (subject to selected size availability).

Made-to-Order Products

  • Garments that involve extensive craftsmanship, embroidery, embellishment, or special production processes are dispatched within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that dispatch timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and courier service availability.
  • Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered working days and may result in an additional 3–4 days for delivery.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We request customers to allow additional transit time for delivery.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking details and courier information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

ITIHAS is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during transit by the shipping carrier.

If you receive a damaged package: 1. Please contact the courier company directly to file a claim. 2. Retain all original packaging materials and damaged items. 3. We recommend documenting the condition of the package with photographs before filing a claim.
