1. How can I place an order on the ITIHAS website?

Browse our collection, select your preferred size, and click “Add to Cart.”

Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, choose your payment method, and complete your purchase.

We recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing an order.

2. How soon can I get my order?

Delivery depends on the type of product you order.

  • Ready-to-Ship items are dispatched within 48 hours (subject to selected size availability).
  • Made-to-Order, embroidered, or handcrafted garments are dispatched within 7–10 working days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days and may add an additional 3–4 days to the delivery time.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

4. My payment is failing. Can I directly deposit money into your account?

Yes. If you’re experiencing issues while making payment through our website, you may contact us. We will share our bank account details for a direct bank transfer and assist you in completing your order.

5. Can I customise my order?

Yes, we offer colour customization for selected styles, subject to fabric availability.

Please note:

  • Only colour customization is available.
  • We do not customise
    garment designs, measurements, fit, or silhouette.
  • Colour-customised orders are considered special orders and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

6. Can I exchange my order?

Yes. We offer a one-time exchange if the garment does not fit or suit you, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Can I cancel my order?

No. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as production or dispatch begins immediately.
